1. The service
Bivabox (the "Service") is an online tool for estimating the viability of business ideas. The free part (calculator, dashboard, charts) requires no sign-up. The paid service is a one-time validation report generated by an AI model from data you provide.
2. Operator
The Service is operated by the Bivabox team. The Service runs in beta — paid report sales have not launched yet; the seller's registration details will be published when the full version launches.

3. Price and payment
The report costs 29 zł / €6.99 / $7.99, depending on the selected currency. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never store card data.
4. Delivery of digital content
The report is digital content delivered immediately after payment — it appears on the page, can be downloaded as PDF, and a copy is e-mailed to you. By purchasing you consent to immediate delivery of digital content before the statutory withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledge that once the report is delivered you lose the statutory right to withdraw. Our own 7-day money-back guarantee applies regardless — see section 5.
5. Money-back guarantee — no questions asked
Independently of statutory rights: if you feel the report gave you no value, you have 7 days from purchase to get your money back — no questions asked. Just e-mail hello@montekika.pl from the address used at checkout (the same address is in the e-mail with your report). Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of your request. You keep the report.
6. Nature of the analysis
The report and calculator are estimates for educational purposes. They are not investment, legal or tax advice. The financial model uses simplifications (described on the page) and the report is AI-generated — business decisions are your own responsibility.
7. Complaints
Issues (e.g. report failed to generate despite payment) — e-mail hello@montekika.pl; we respond within 14 days and either fix the generation or refund you.
