What Bivabox is
Bivabox is a free business-idea validator. You answer nine questions in a chat — price, estimated number of transactions, fixed and variable costs, investment, your own cash, tax form — and the service computes contribution margin, break-even point, safety buffer and monthly cash flow from them. The result is a dashboard with sliders and charts: move the price or the volume and watch the verdict change. No sign-up, no file uploads, no account.
Who it is for
For someone with an idea who wants to check in fifteen minutes whether the numbers close at all — before signing a lease, buying equipment or applying for a loan. The model is general and works for any sales-based business: food and street food, e-commerce, services, subscriptions, crafts. You only need a price, an estimated transaction count and your costs.
What Bivabox does not do
This is arithmetic on your assumptions, not a forecast. The service does not know how many customers you have and does not predict demand — it computes the consequences of the numbers you enter. The model uses deliberate simplifications (no depreciation, no seasonality, no discounting, a loan on fixed parameters); all of them are listed in the "How we calculate" section on the home page. The result is not investment, legal or tax advice. Treat it as a first filter: if the numbers do not work here, reality will be harder.
Where your data goes
In the free version, nowhere. Everything you type into the calculator stays in your browser (localStorage) and is never sent anywhere. The service uses no tracking cookies and no ad analytics. The Privacy policy has the detail.
Who is behind it
Bivabox was built at delacroix and is maintained by the Bivabox team. The service currently runs in beta: the calculator, dashboard and verdict are fully available and free, while sales of the paid AI report have not launched yet. The seller's registration details will be published when the full version launches. Until then the Terms apply in their beta wording.
