## Contact address
We handle everything by e-mail: **hello@montekika.pl**. One inbox for all of it — questions about the service, bug reports, personal-data matters (GDPR), and, once the full version launches, refunds and complaints too. We reply on business days, within 14 days at the latest.

## What to write about
- **Something is broken** — the calculator returns an odd result, the page does not load, a chart does not render. Tell us what you entered and what you expected; the more specific, the faster we fix it.
- **Personal data (GDPR)** — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. The legal bases and scope are in the [Privacy policy](/en/privacy/). You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
- **Objections to the model** — if you think an assumption is wrong or that something important for your industry is missing, that is the most useful message we can receive. The beta exists for exactly this.
- **Partnerships, press, integrations** — same address.

## The on-site assistant
There is a chat assistant in the bottom-right corner of the calculator; it answers questions about how the service works and how to read your result. Your messages go to the sellchat.eu server and to an AI model to produce the reply; questions about buying or contact also trigger a notification to the operator. Do not type anything there you would rather not share with us — use e-mail for formal matters.

## What we do not have
There is no phone line, no call centre and no office open to visitors. The service runs in **beta** — it is operated by the Bivabox team, and the seller's registration details will be published when the full version launches, together with payments. Until then the e-mail address above is the only official contact channel.
